The journey

How finding your counsellor works here

Built so the nervous first step is the easiest one. You pay nothing until you're confident.

  1. Stage 1

    A private intro consultation

A one-hour one-to-one consultation — a real conversation, not a sales script. Tell us what's going on (as much as you want to share), which language you think in, what budget feels safe, and whether you'd prefer a particular counsellor gender or style. You can be vague. 'Something feels heavy' is a complete sentence here.

  2. Stage 2

    A free discovery session

We match you with a counsellor and you meet them properly — a real conversation, not a demo. Ask about their approach, how they've helped people like you, what working together would look like. There is no charge and no obligation. The only goal is: does this feel like someone I could talk to?

  3. Stage 3

    Re-match if it isn't right

Sometimes the first match isn't the one — that's information, not failure. Tell your care manager (or the counsellor directly; they genuinely don't mind) and we'll match you again, free. We'd rather re-match twice than have you politely endure the wrong fit.

  4. Stage 4

    Continue pay-per-session

When it feels right, you continue — per session, at the fee shown on your counsellor's profile before you ever commit. No packages to buy, no lock-ins, no 'only 2 slots left' games. Reschedule free up to 24 hours before. Kindness is policy.

  5. Stage 5

A care manager stays with you

One human stays with your journey — scheduling, reminders, check-ins, and a place to say 'can we change something?' without it feeling confrontational. Therapy is hard enough; logistics shouldn't be.

What happens in a session

Fifty minutes that belong to you

No couch required. Sessions happen over secure video (or in person in Ahmedabad), at a pace you set. Some weeks are tools and homework; some are just being heard. Both count.

Confidential, and clear about it

What you share stays between you and your counsellor, aligned with the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017. The narrow safety exceptions are explained before you begin — read theconfidentiality policyin plain words.

Cancellation, kindly

Reschedule free up to 24 hours ahead. Life happens; guilt is not part of the treatment plan. Details in therefund & cancellation policy.

Before you ask

Fair questions, honest answers

The first step is a conversation, not a commitment.

Start with a private intro consultation — a full hour, one-to-one with a counsellor, about whatever's on your mind.
