Terms of Service

Keptilon Universe Pvt. Ltd. operates two related services. Keptilon Wellness counselling provides talk therapy, psycho-education and related coordination. Keptilon Rehabilitation provides de-addiction assessment and treatment, including medically-assisted detoxification and residential and outpatient recovery programmes.

Neither service is an emergency service, and neither replaces hospital emergency or intensive care. Counselling does not include diagnosis or prescription, and neither service is psychiatric inpatient admission.

Website content — including concern and approach pages and any self-check tools — is informational only and is not a diagnosis or medical advice.

Counselling is charged per session at the fee shown on the counsellor's profile and on the Pricing page. Rehabilitation programme fees are not published; they are shared with you after an assessment, before anything is payable.

Payments are taken through our secure payment gateway partner. Placing a payment confirms that you accept these terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy as they stand on the day you pay.

Payments to Keptilon are non-refundable. Please read the Refund & Cancellation Policy in full before paying — it is the deciding term, and it applies to counselling sessions, assessments and rehabilitation programmes alike.

Services are offered to adults (18+). Teen counselling (13–17) is available only with informed parental or guardian consent as described on the relevant service page.

You agree to provide accurate contact information so that we can reach you about your requests.

Please use forms and communication channels honestly and lawfully. We may decline or discontinue service in cases of abuse toward staff or counsellors, always with notice where feasible.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid for the sessions concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
