Family systems therapy
Because no one struggles in a vacuum — families are systems.
What it is
Family systems work looks at roles, alliances, and communication loops across the household — including the extended Indian family. Change the system's pattern and individual struggles often ease.
Where addiction is in the room, family systems work is outpatient counselling with the household — its roles, its loops, its exhaustion. It is not treatment for the dependence itself, and it does not stand in for medically supervised withdrawal.
What a session feels like
Inclusive and structured. Sessions may involve several family members; the counsellor keeps every voice safe, including the quietest one.
Often used for
Approaches are tools, not boxes — most counsellors blend methods around you, and the intro consultation takes care of finding the blend that fits.
Ready when you are. Truly — no pressure.
Start with a private intro consultation — a full hour, one-to-one with a counsellor, about whatever's on your mind.
