Sessions for families navigating conflict, communication breakdowns, a member's recovery, parenting strain, or the beautiful complexity of the Indian joint family. The family system — its roles and loops — becomes workable when everyone can finally speak safely. Where a family is holding a member's recovery, this is outpatient counselling for the family itself — the household, its roles, its exhaustion. It is not that person's own treatment: residential and medically supervised care is a separate Keptilon service, assessed on its own terms.
